GLOBAL NETWORK
These General Purchasing Conditions (the Conditions) apply to all purchase orders for materials, equipment, parts and services between SKYCO PINETTE (the Buyer) and the supplier (the Seller).
Any purchase order becomes effective only after being formally issued by the Buyer in writing or electronically. The Seller shall acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days. Silence within this period shall constitute full acceptance of these Conditions.
Goods delivered by the Seller must strictly conform to the drawings, technical specifications and mutually agreed norms, and must comply with the relevant Chinese and EU (where PINETTE group standards apply) industrial manufacturing quality and safety regulations (CE, ISO, etc.).
Heavy industrial equipment parts procured by the Buyer are subject to strict delivery schedules. The Seller shall deliver strictly in accordance with the time and place stated on the order. Late delivery without the Buyer's written consent will be subject to liquidated damages.
All technical drawings, process flows, mould designs and other technical secrets obtained by the Seller during order execution are the property of the Buyer and the PINETTE Group. The Seller shall keep them strictly confidential and shall not use them for any purpose other than performing this order.
Unless otherwise agreed, the standard warranty period for all products is 12 months from acceptance and commissioning, or 18 months from delivery on site, whichever occurs first. Any design or manufacturing defects discovered within the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced free of charge by the Seller.
